APOIO POPULAR AO GOVERNO TORY DO REINO UNIDO NUM PROCESSO DE DESINTEGRAÇÃO.

O Partido Trabalhista ganhou mais três deputados em três eleições parciais (estas acontecem quando algum deputado foi desta para melhor, RIP, ou quando se demitiu, foi demitido, pronto, não é mais deputado, seja por que razão for).

Para os habitantes do Little Portugal no Município Londrino de Lambeth, na margem sul do Thames (pronuncie Temes), isto significa que vamos ter um novo Presidente da Câmara, porque O Steve Reed (Presentemente Presidente da edilidade) foi eleito deputado numa circunscrição cativa do Labour em Croydon. (O Labour sempre ali tem ganho, portanto também não era agora nesta fase de ascensão do Labour Party que ia perder. Quem lá concorresse do Labour ganhava, até o meu gatinho agnóstico pinguinhas. Também não sei de que partido o animal é, porque nestes escritórios  não se fala nem política nem religião que é  para haver aqui paz! lol.

Já se fala há algum tempo que a Councillor (vereadora) Lib Peck iria aceder ao posto de Presidente da Câmara de Lambeth (Council Leader). Esta senhora já anda lá pela Câmara a desempenhar funções de alta responsabilidade há muitos anos. Isso é uma mais valia  para ela, porque também se tem falado no Councillor Pete Robins, o qual anda por lá há muito menos tempo e também em funções sensíveis. Vamos agora ver se a Comunidade Portuguesa tem mais  sorte e se empregam  mais falantes de Língua Portuguesa. 

Na época de Steve Reed foi praticamente uma desgraça a este nível, tendo os Afro-caraíbos ocupado muito  lugares relevantes do município. Envolveu-se naquela malfadada história do Centro Português, e teve o mérito de disponibilizar 500 mil libras para nós, mas depois de lhes passar  um cheque em branco de 40 mil libras fechou logo a torneira, porque  ninguém sabia  ao certo para onde aquilo ia! E ainda estamos à espera de saber como isso foi gasto: democracia ativa e não passiva, ou pensam que somos todos analfabetos aqui, à mercê dos chicos espertos!

Têm mesmo de nos apresentar contas, queremos saber onde gastaram esses dinheiros e outros, porque o Centro Português em Othelo Close, Kennington, London, não fez praticamente nada para a Comunidade de Língua Portuguesa nem de Lambeth nem de Londres, nem de parte alguma do mundo conhecido! E queremos também saber que história é essa de entregar serviços de aconselhamento a escritórios privados de advogados, em vez de enviar os voluntários do centro em formação para esses tipos de aconselhamento. É assim que funcionam todos os Advice Centres do Reino Unido. Ou vocês pensam que vêm para aqui a inventar a pólvora seca! E esses rumores de   sub-letting de partes das instalações a organismos privados, em vez de os utilizar em  atividades sociais da Comunidade?  Queremos saber tudo! It sucks! 

Por onde anda o Lobby Português que deveria atuar junto de Lambeth como fazem as outras comunidades? A apanhar bonés ou nas noitadas de fado, e depois a dormir boas sestas durante o dia nos sofás do Starbucks e do Nero? Despertem e acordem para a vida, ou então façam as malas e despareçam daqui para fora, porque  andam só a estragar dinheiro à Nação e a consumir o nosso ar, antes que a Folhinha se passe dos carretes  e comece à espadalhada em todos! Lol.

Esta eleição parcial,  e também outras anteriores, só mostra que a opinião popular  já está farta deste governo reaça, o qual está vergonhosamente a utilizar os mais desfavorecidos e sem voz em parte alguma, como bode expiatório dos males que afetam o país. Mas cala-se bem caladinho sobre as fortunas Inglesas fugidas aos impostos e de férias nos  paraísos fiscais.  Também não diz muito sobre a bancaria que fez um desfalque apocalíptico na economia nacional e mundial e os países afetados ainda não saíram  do abismo, incluindo o Reino Unido!  E o envolvimento em branqueamento de biliões de dólares e outras trafulhices como a do Libor, a cargo dos marechais da banca! 

E depois andam por aí a correr atrás de desgraçados por estarem no desemprego e não sabiam que tinham de  avisar o job centre sobre umas limpezas de algum ofício para desenrascar um amigo com dores de dentes! A isto chama-se técnicas de diversão e distração da populaça para esconderem maroscas que andam a fazer contra o mesmo povo. 

Este governo é uma coligação (espécie de vinagre com azeite - não se dilui)  dos Tories (Partido  Conservador de privilégios), e dos Lib Dem. Se os Lib Dem não fugirem do governo para bem longe, devido ao cheiro, esse partido vai ser varrido do mapa político Inglês: elegerão dois ou três deputados como vestígios do passado. E os Tories vão levar mais uma marretada e irão ficar tão desengonçados que não irão meter o guedelho no governo durante mais alguns 12 anos, até o Partido Trabalhista cair também na desgraça devido a alguns oportunistas infiltrados,  como aconteceu na época do Tony Blair.

Estes começaram bem, e depois acabaram mal até que o povo os meteu na rua. Só que o Partido Conservador sempre foi e será um partido que governa na defesa dos interesses dos banqueiros e companhia. Foram esses que votaram em Cameron juntamente com a pobrezada que também aspira a ricos. Pensavam que Cameron os ia enriquecer! Agora já viram que Cameron os abandonou assim que subiu ao poleiro. É preciso ser mesmo totozinho para terem acreditado naquele paleio.

Foi a mesma coisa que aconteceu em Portugal quando votaram contra Sócrates e meteram lá o Passos de Coelho. Agora também já compreenderam que se enganaram. se mal estavam, pior ficaram.   O povo anda sempre a aprender a mesma lição, não  passam dali,  da lição  1. Que cambada de burros! Desde quando o PSD Português  foi,  é ou virá a ser um partido popular! Nunca!

O PSD é um partido da ricalhada e burguesia avarenta, sobretudo gestores e companhia. O Partido Socialista também é burguês, mas se for controlado pelas bases puras, (não por alguns trafulhas que por lá se infiltraram para tirar proveito próprio) até poderá fazer um bom trabalho para a maioria mais desfavorecida.

Aquele programa de oferta dos computadores Magalhães às crianças foi de facto espetacular e proporcionou um desenvolvimento incrível nas crianças e também de sensibilização para o progresso informático da Nação. A burguesia PSD vociferava contra porque tinha inveja das crianças pobres também terem acesso ao desenvolvimento de potencialidades, e poder participar em posição de igualdade nas mais variadas atividades de cidadania, incluindo no mercado de trabalho.  It sucks!

Jose Mujica: The world's 'poorest' president

Uruguay: O Presidente mais pobre do mundo.

Entrega 90 por cento do salário às organizações de caridade e vive de uns 500 euros mensais para ele e esposa. Mora numa horta, tem uma cadelinha que responde pelo nome Manuela, e viaja num carocha. 

Enqunto os políticos portugueses não derem o exemplo que eles próprios também são afectados pela crise,  reduzindo os salários deles para metade ou menos de metade, ninguém vai embarcar no programa deles de redução dos salários e de  financiamento dos serviços públicos. 

Podem contar com a indignação e desrespeito popular. Mas a Folhinha levanta questões e desconfia da revolta popular contra o governo. Quem estará por detrás a manipular o povo? Diga-se de passagem que a Fohinha é independente e não tem partido político: assim pode falar à vontade e dizer o que pensa ser certo, mas não quer dizer que esteja certo.

 A folhinha desconfia porque a classe operária nunca teve tratamento justo em Portugal desde 1143.  Nunca na história do país houve tanto descontentamento e dramatização das condições de vida dos cidadãos nos meios de informação, nomeadamente na televisão. A razão é simples: a crise morde a agora na classe média, burguesa e académica.

 É esta classe que se move pelos meios de comunicação social e outros. É esta classe que estava bem instalada e gozava de bem-estar em Portugal. Agora mostram revolta e indignação porque também não há pão para eles em Portugal e têm de imigrar para sobreviver! Esta classe nunca tinha tido necessidade de sair do país.

Todos nós sabemos que quem imigrava era a classe operária. Só nos anos 60 quase nenhum trabalhador ficou em Portugal: as aldeias esvaziaram-se, fugiam sobretudo para França, mas também para outros países prósperos e com um sistema social humano, como por exemplo o Luxemburgo, Suíça, Bélgica e Alemanha (para aqui era mais complicado porque era preciso uma carta de chamada e era destino sobretudo para ex-militares do contingente regressados da guerra colonial. 

Para os nostálgico de Salazar, gostaria de lembrar que os imigrantes da época de 60 tinham de fugir de Portugal, porque o governo de Salazar não lhes dava passaportes. Portugal era como um campo de concentração onde mantinham uma mão de obra faminta, dócil, paga com salários de fome. O trabalho, mito muscular, mais se parecia com o trabalho forçado dos prisioneiros de Acatraz. Se fossem apanhados em Espanha de passagem para França, a Guarda Civil prendiam-nos e faziam-nos voltar para Portugal (muita grácias senhoríssimo caudillíssimo generalíssimo Franquíssimo, FCUK. Os favores e apoio Salazaríssimo a Franco durante a guerra civil em Espanha tiveram o seu preço contra o povo português. It sucks! 

A classe trabalhadora portuguesa sempre imigrou e sofreu muito devido ao baixo nível escolar e económico. Muito desse sofrimento nunca será contado, e em certos casos ninguém abre a boca por vergonha. Mas as situações caricatas não são vergonha nenhuma para essas pessoas, a vergonha é sim para os governos de Portugal que fazia todo o possível para manter as massas populares na ignorância. O povo português devia  levar o governo português a tribunal e acusá-lo de negligência, falta de protecção e sei lá que mais! Isto seria um bom processo para o Juiz Balatazar Garzon. 

As crianças portuguesas em vez de irem à escola, começavam a guardar gado aos 10 anos! Não é isto crime de exploração infantil? E sabem que mais? É esta geração analfabeta ou meia analfabeta que diz que devia aparecer outro Salazar para endireitar o país! E dizem que Salazer não lhes fez mal nenhum! Vejam bem como Salazar e Marcelos, conseguiram limpar toda a matéria cinzenta dos crânios desta geração, perdida, aquilo está oco! 

Com isto tudo, eu queria apenas chegar ao facto de nem as televisões nem os jornais portugueses contavam, dramatizavam ou choravam pelo sofrimento das classes trabalhadoras na imigração. A classe privilegiada nunca se comoveu nem comove com a má sorte da classe operária. Eles sempre viram a classe trabalhadora como animais de carga igual ao burro, ali mesmo à mão de semear para explorar, e pelas quais têm mostrado desprezo e ódio. 

Cuidado, porque a história tem mostrado a hipocrisia desta classe:  a burguesia sempre que está em apuros, ela pede apoio ao povo. Mas assim que tem os seus problemas resolvidos, eles largam logo o povo de mão, e dão-lhe nas trombas se for preciso para se estarem quietos e calarem a boca. Um bom exemplo disto aconteceu aquando da Revolução dos Cravos: o povo aderiu e participou em cheio com alma e corpo em apoio aos militares,  em campanhas de alfabetização pelas aldeias, cooperativas de todo o género, nas fábricas, nos campos a fim de edificarem uma sociedade nova, democrática,  instruída e igualitária. 

Mas quando o movimento dos capitães resolveu a questão colonial, porque era isso o que eles queriam, a REVOLUÇÃO TERMINOU AQUI. Não houve mais revolução para ninguém, e depois ao abrigo de uma democracia em que as massas não tinham conhecimentos suficientes para exigirem direitos democráticos, aquilo degenerou em pseudo-democracia, na qual mais ou menos  os mesmos vampiros do Estado de Portugal do passado, ou seus descendentes, começaram a navegar às mil maravilhas com os mesmos vícios de vampiros do povo e do Estado de Portugal.

Para concluir e convidar a lerem o artigo em inglês sobre o Presidente do Uruguay, direi que nenhum governo português conseguirá purificar o Estado de Portugal, porque os lobbies e interesses dessa alta classe parasitária de alto voo são muito poderosos e deitarão abaixo todo o governo que lhe meta as mão nos bolsos.

Só uma task force de auditores por altos funcionários europeus conseguirá fazer essa limpeza necessária do  Estado Português e Empresas Privadas Mamíferas. 

Mas a Folhinha aconselha estes auditores a terem muito cuidado e a trabalharem com alta segurança. Gostaria de saber que detergente irão utilizar para derreter gorduras acumuladas durantes séculos. Quem não se mete nisso sou eu. Já fugi daí para fora há dezenas de anos e deixei-vos lá no atoleiro. 

Se não estás contente pôe-te também a mexer porque aí não tens futuro a menos que adiras aos Templários anacrónicos ou  à Confraria dos assentadores de Tijolo Massiço. Pelo menos estes constroem, enquanto que os outros não têm conseguido estancar o desmoronamento do Templo.  Boa sorte, meu.

It's a common grumble that politicians' lifestyles are far removed from those of their electorate. Not so in Uruguay. Meet the president - who lives on a ramshackle farm and gives away most of his pay.

Laundry is strung outside the house. The water comes from a well in a yard, overgrown with weeds. Only two police officers and Manuela, a three-legged dog, keep watch outside.

This is the residence of the president of Uruguay, Jose Mujica, whose lifestyle clearly differs sharply from that of most other world leaders.

President Mujica has shunned the luxurious house that the Uruguayan state provides for its leaders and opted to stay at his wife's farmhouse, off a dirt road outside the capital, Montevideo.

The president and his wife work the land themselves, growing flowers.

This austere lifestyle - and the fact that Mujica donates about 90% of his monthly salary, equivalent to $12,000 (£7,500), to charity - has led him to be labelled the poorest president in the world.

"I may appear to be an eccentric old man... But this is a free choice."

"I've lived like this most of my life," he says, sitting on an old chair in his garden, using a cushion favoured by Manuela the dog.

"I can live well with what I have."

His charitable donations - which benefit poor people and small entrepreneurs - mean his salary is roughly in line with the average Uruguayan income of $775 (£485) a month.

All the president's wealth - a 1987 VW Beetle

In 2010, his annual personal wealth declaration - mandatory for officials in Uruguay - was $1,800 (£1,100), the value of his 1987 Volkswagen Beetle.

This year, he added half of his wife's assets - land, tractors and a house - reaching $215,000 (£135,000).

That's still only about two-thirds of Vice-President Danilo Astori's declared wealth, and a third of the figure declared by Mujica's predecessor as president, Tabare Vasquez.

Elected in 2009, Mujica spent the 1960s and 1970s as part of the Uruguayan guerrilla Tupamaros, a leftist armed group inspired by the Cuban revolution.

He was shot six times and spent 14 years in jail. Most of his detention was spent in harsh conditions and isolation, until he was freed in 1985 when Uruguay returned to democracy.

Those years in jail, Mujica says, helped shape his outlook on life.

"I'm called 'the poorest president', but I don't feel poor. Poor people are those who only work to try to keep an expensive lifestyle, and always want more and more," he says.

"This is a matter of freedom. If you don't have many possessions then you don't need to work all your life like a slave to sustain them, and therefore you have more time for yourself," he says.

"I may appear to be an eccentric old man... But this is a free choice."

The Uruguayan leader made a similar point when he addressed the Rio+20 summit in June this year: "We've been talking all afternoon about sustainable development. To get the masses out of poverty.

"But what are we thinking? Do we want the model of development and consumption of the rich countries? I ask you now: what would happen to this planet if Indians would have the same proportion of cars per household than Germans? How much oxygen would we have left?

"Does this planet have enough resources so seven or eight billion can have the same level of consumption and waste that today is seen in rich societies? It is this level of hyper-consumption that is harming our planet."

Mujica accuses most world leaders of having a "blind obsession to achieve growth with consumption, as if the contrary would mean the end of the world".

But however large the gulf between the vegetarian Mujica and these other leaders, he is no more immune than they are to the ups and downs of political life.

"Many sympathise with President Mujica because of how he lives. But this does not stop him for being criticised for how the government is doing," says Ignacio Zuasnabar, a Uruguayan pollster.

The Uruguayan opposition says the country's recent economic prosperity has not resulted in better public services in health and education, and for the first time since Mujica's election in 2009 his popularity has fallen below 50%.

This year he has also been under fire because of two controversial moves. Uruguay's Congress recently passed a bill which legalised abortions for pregnancies up to 12 weeks. Unlike his predecessor, Mujica did not veto it.

Instead, he chose to stay on his wife's farm 

He is also supporting a debate on the legalisation of the consumption of cannabis, in a bill that would also give the state the monopoly over its trade.

"Consumption of cannabis is not the most worrying thing, drug-dealing is the real problem," he says.

However, he doesn't have to worry too much about his popularity rating - Uruguayan law means he is not allowed to seek re-election in 2014. Also, at 77, he is likely to retire from politics altogether before long. 

When he does, he will be eligible for a state pension - and unlike some other former presidents, he may not find the drop in income too hard to get used to.

The annual Bilderberg Group conference is the most important meeting in the world. It is attended annually by more world leaders, more top politicians, more royalty, and business leaders, than any other gathering of any kind. The G8 summit is a mere side-show in comparison. No other meeting is attended by the leaders of all the major international institutions, such as the World Bank, the IMF, the UN, and the EU.

Collectively, these are the men who control the world, and their decisions therefore affect every human being on earth, now and in the future. Yet Bilderberg Group meetings receive no publicity and are not reported in the news.

Their first recorded meeting was at the Bilderberg Hotel in Oosterbeek, Holland, from 29th May to 31st May, 1954. The chairman was H.R.H. Prince Bernhard of the Netherlands. Since then this elite global group, which may be much older, has been called the Bilderberg Group.

The people who are invited to the Bilderberg Group, and the topics discussed, are official secrets which the media is forbidden from reporting. Bilderberg is effectively an elite secret society ruling the world from behind closed doors and outside the democratic framework.

In a recent Radio documentary the BBC disclosed that the decision to create a European Union was taken at the first official Bilderberg Group meeting in 1953, but the rest of the programme was devoted to portraying Bilderberg as a superficial extension of Western democracy.

Who organizes the Bilderberg Group? Who pays for it? What are they discussing? What are they deciding?

    The Bilderberg group, an elite coterie of Western thinkers and power-brokers, has been accused of fixing the fate of the world behind closed doors. As the organisation marks its 50th anniversary, rumours are more rife than ever. 

    Given its reputation as perhaps the most powerful organisation in the world, the Bilderberg group doesn't go a bundle on its switchboard operations. 

    Telephone inquiries are met with an impersonal female voice - the Dutch equivalent of the BT Callminder woman - reciting back the number and inviting callers to "leave a message after the tone". 

    Anyone who accidentally dialled the number would probably think they had stumbled on just another residential answer machine. 

    But behind this ultra-modest fa�ade lies one of the most controversial and hotly-debated alliances of our times. 

    On Thursday the Bilderberg group marks its 50th anniversary with the start of its yearly meeting. 

    For four days some of the West's chief political movers, business leaders, bankers, industrialists and strategic thinkers will hunker down in a five-star hotel in northern Italy to talk about global issues. 

    What sets Bilderberg apart from other high-powered get-togethers, such as the annual World Economic Forum (WEF), is its mystique. 
    Not a word of what is said at Bilderberg meetings can be breathed outside. No reporters are invited in and while confidential minutes of meetings are taken, names are not noted. 

    The shadowy aura extends further - the anonymous answerphone message, for example; the fact that conference venues are kept secret. The group, which includes luminaries such as Henry Kissinger and former UK chancellor Kenneth Clarke, does not even have a website. 

    In the void created by such aloofness, an extraordinary conspiracy theory has grown up around the group that alleges the fate of the world is decided by Bilderberg. 

    In Yugoslavia, leading Serbs have blamed Bilderberg for triggering the war which led to the downfall of Slobodan Milosevic. The Oklahoma City bomber Timothy McVeigh, the London nail-bomber David Copeland and Osama Bin Laden are all said to have bought into the theory that Bilderberg pulls the strings with which national governments dance. 

    And while hardline right-wingers and libertarians accuse Bilderberg of being a liberal Zionist plot, leftists such as activist Tony Gosling are equally critical. 

    A former journalist, Mr Gosling runs a campaign against the group from his home in Bristol, UK. 

    "My main problem is the secrecy. When so many people with so much power get together in one place I think we are owed an explanation of what is going on. 

    Mr Gosling seizes on a quote from Will Hutton, the British economist and a former Bilderberg delegate, who likened it to the annual WEF gathering where "the consensus established is the backdrop against which policy is made worldwide". 

    "One of the first places I heard about the determination of US forces to attack Iraq was from leaks that came out of the 2002 Bilderberg meeting," says Mr Gosling. 

    But "privacy, rather than secrecy", is key to such a meeting says Financial Times journalist Martin Wolf, who has been invited several times in a non-reporting role.

    As an up-and-coming statesmen in the 1950s, Denis Healey, who went on to become a Labour chancellor, was one of the four founding members of Bilderberg (which was named after the hotel in Holland where the first meeting was held in 1954).

    "There's absolutely nothing in it. We never sought to reach a consensus on the big issues at Bilderberg. It's simply a place for discussion," says Lord Healey.

    That activists have seized on Bilderberg is no suprise to Alasdair Spark, an expert in conspiracy theories. 

    "The idea that a shadowy clique is running the world is nothing new. For hundreds of years people have believed the world is governed by a cabal of Jews. 

    "Shouldn't we expect that the rich and powerful organise things in their own interests. It's called capitalism."

    The Bilderberg Group has been called the most exclusive, and secretive club in the world. To be admitted, you have to run a multinational bank, a giant corporation or a country. Since its first meeting in 1953, it has been attended by every British Prime Minister. But until now its very existence has been shrouded in secrecy.

Simon Cox investigates the hidden world of the Bilderberg Group. Is it the anti-democratic conspiracy that its critics allege or just a private meeting to help foster global understanding? 


But behind this ultra-modest fa�ade lies one of the most controversial and hotly-debated alliances of our times. 

On Thursday the Bilderberg group marks its 50th anniversary with the start of its yearly meeting. 

For four days some of the West's chief political movers, business leaders, bankers, industrialists and strategic thinkers will hunker down in a five-star hotel in northern Italy to talk about global issues. 

What sets Bilderberg apart from other high-powered get-togethers, such as the annual World Economic Forum (WEF), is its mystique. 

Not a word of what is said at Bilderberg meetings can be breathed outside. No reporters are invited in and while confidential minutes of meetings are taken, names are not noted. 

The shadowy aura extends further - the anonymous answerphone message, for example; the fact that conference venues are kept secret. The group, which includes luminaries such as Henry Kissinger and former UK chancellor Kenneth Clarke, does not even have a website. 

DISCREET AND ELITE 

This year Bilderberg has announced a list of attendees 
They include BP chief John Browne, US Senator John Edwards, World Bank president James Wolfensohn and Mrs Bill Gates  

In the void created by such aloofness, an extraordinary conspiracy theory has grown up around the group that alleges the fate of the world is decided by Bilderberg. 

In Yugoslavia, leading Serbs have blamed Bilderberg for triggering the war which led to the downfall of Slobodan Milosevic. The Oklahoma City bomber Timothy McVeigh, the London nail-bomber David Copeland and Osama Bin Laden are all said to have bought into the theory that Bilderberg pulls the strings with which national governments dance. 

And while hardline right-wingers and libertarians accuse Bilderberg of being a liberal Zionist plot, leftists such as activist Tony Gosling are equally critical. 

A former journalist, Mr Gosling runs a campaign against the group from his home in Bristol, UK. 

"My main problem is the secrecy. When so many people with so much power get together in one place I think we are owed an explanation of what is going on.
